Rasan Gate project offers integrated residential community within Holy Mosque boundaries

The Rasan Gate project, showcased on the inaugural episode of Jaah Al-Aqar, stands as a prime example of a residential development nestled within the Holy Mosque area of Mecca. This vision of comprehensive real estate development, as highlighted on the program, underscores a commitment to projects that align with market demands and improve living standards.

The Rasan Gate project encompasses a total of 1,039 residential units, available in a variety of designs and sizes to cater to diverse needs. Beyond housing, the development boasts an impressive array of amenities, including 12 mosques, 10 educational facilities, two healthcare centers, 38 parks, seven commercial establishments, as well as social and sports facilities.

The project's CEO, Abdullah Al-Odhib, from Nojoom Al-Salam Holding, emphasized during his appearance on Jaah Al-Aqar that real estate development must be guided by market demand rather than focusing solely on quantity. He succinctly stated that real estate is about creating value and fulfilling needs, rather than merely the volume of built units.
