Mizzou volleyball secured a convincing sweep of Wichita State in Saturday's Mizzou Tournament, winning 25-19, 25-13, and 25-18. The Tigers showcased a well-rounded offensive effort and a solid defensive approach, maintaining a .347 hitting percentage while restricting Wichita State to .177. Key contributors included Grace O’Reilly, Kimani Johnson, and the middle blockers, whose combined efforts propelled Mizzou to victory.

O’Reilly set the tone in the first set with five kills, and Johnson spearheaded the response after Wichita State narrowed the gap to 12-11. Paige Felder sealed the first set with a kill, putting Mizzou ahead 1-0. In the second set, Mizzou opened with a 5-0 run and never relinquished control, extending their lead with blocks from Ceylin Kuyan, Lauren Larkin, and Eva Smith.

Ainoah Cruz added service aces late in the set as Mizzou cruised to a 25-13 win. Coach Dawn Sullivan praised the team's performance, noting their aggressive serving and ability to keep Wichita State under pressure.
