Carney to meet with Macron in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon next week

The prime minister's office reports Carney will journey to the French overseas territory located off the coast of Newfoundland on September 20 for conversations regarding aerospace, energy, and essential minerals.

The two leaders will also converse about quantum satellites and supercomputing. Carney emphasizes that both nations share a historical connection and shared values, asserting that collaboration is beneficial for both countries. Additionally, Carney will meet with his British counterpart for the first time during a three-day European excursion.
