PAS election chief Sanusi Nor has suggested expanding the scope of deliberations to cover the entire nation, rather than limiting discussions to individual states, in order to facilitate the distribution of seats among regions. The PAS leader argues that attempting to reach an agreement solely within the context of a particular state, such as Kedah, Kelantan, or Terengganu, is difficult.

During a recent statement, Sanusi emphasized the need to consider all states and the possibility of regional seat swapping between parties. He highlighted the challenges faced by Kedah, Kelantan, and Terengganu in making such adjustments, suggesting that considering other states in the equation is necessary for a successful swap.
