To provide their family with a more permanent base, Ritchson purchased a lavish Brentwood, Tennessee home for around $3 million in August 2023. The property, valued at approximately $3.1 million in 2026, is described as a spacious, multi-story residence surrounded by mature landscaping and a private yard.

The house features a comfortable living room, gym, outdoor space, and a dedicated content studio for Ritchson, who regularly creates videos for his audience. Previously, Ritchson owned a $2.2 million waterfront home in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
