‘Yato Dharmastato Jayaḥ’: Television Actor Rohit Chandel’s FIRST Post After Bail, Celebrates Release Amid POCSO Case With Spiritual Note

Television actor Rohit Chandel was released from custody on bail following a Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act case that had kept him detained for nearly two months. Upon his release, the actor was photographed by his lawyer Savina Bedi, brother Mohit, and sister Harshana Chandel, all of whom accompanied him outside.

In a post shared on Instagram, Rohit could be seen standing waist-deep in the sea, dressed in a traditional white dhoti, his hands folded in prayer as the waves rolled around him. The caption of the post read, "Yato Dharmastato Jayaḥ," which translates to, "Where there is righteousness, there is victory."

Following his release from custody, Rohit was captured wearing a pink T-shirt paired with white trousers, as he engaged in conversation with his lawyer and family members. Neither Rohit nor his family had issued any personal statement on social media regarding his release. However, after the bail order was granted, members of Rohit’s family took to social media to express their relief and gratitude.

They conveyed their deep sense of gratitude to the honourable court for granting bail to Rohit, stating that after enduring a difficult period, they were overjoyed to welcome him back home.
