A security guard who saved lives during 9/11 now battles kidney cancer. Dereck Lovell guided survivors through the South Tower's smoke and flames. He is now awaiting a kidney transplant after his own kidneys were removed. Survivors he rescued are raising awareness for his urgent need. Lovell, who considers himself a job doer, is now receiving help.
