Russia strikes cargo vessels, steel plants across Ukraine

Ukraine's General Staff has reported that the Russian military has suffered a staggering 1,505,380 casualties since the country's full-scale invasion began on February 24, 2022. This figure encompasses 1,500 Russian fatalities from the previous day alone. In addition to human losses, Russia has reportedly sustained significant material damage in the conflict.

The breakdown of Russia's military hardware losses includes 12,442 tanks, 25,312 armored combat vehicles, 147,222 vehicles and fuel tanks, and 49,601 artillery systems, among other equipment. Air defense systems, aircraft, and helicopters have also been significantly depleted, with losses accounting for 1,633, 442, and 356 units respectively.

Moreover, Russia has reportedly lost 512,175 aerial drones, 5,103 cruise missiles, and two submarines. These extensive casualties and equipment losses highlight the devastating impact of the conflict on Russia's military capabilities.
