NADRA Simplifies Vaccination Card Process for Hajj, Umrah Pilgrims

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has partnered with Border Health Services and the Ministry of National Health Services to create a streamlined process for Pakistani Hajj and Umrah pilgrims to obtain vaccination cards. This new procedure, in compliance with Saudi government requirements, consists of three simple steps.

Pilgrims can initiate the process by completing biometric verification and paying the necessary fee from their homes via the Pak ID mobile app or by visiting an e-Sahulat franchise. Upon arrival at the airport, pilgrims must present their biometric verification and fee payment certificate at the Federal Government Civil Dispensary counter, which has been approved by Border Health Services.

After providing these documents, pilgrims will receive the required influenza and meningitis vaccinations. Following vaccination, pilgrims can download their NADRA vaccination card from the NIMS portal on the NADRA website. Border Health Services has mandated the NADRA-issued vaccination card for all Pakistani Hajj and Umrah pilgrims starting September 14, 2026. Failure to present proof of vaccination will result in denied travel.
