MT PN mesyuarat minggu depan lantik kepimpinan negeri baharu

PN's National Outreach Chief Annuar Musa announced that all members of the Federal Consultative Council (Majlis Tertinggi Perikatan Nasional or PN) have been invited to attend the upcoming meeting next weekend. The assembly is set to discuss the appointment and formation of the state leadership, as well as the preparations for the Perikatan Nasional (PRN) Melaka. Every member of the Federal Consultative Council has been summoned by the senior chairman PN (Takiyuddin Hassan) to attend the event.

PN remains focused on enhancing governance and management based on its constitutional and organizational framework, he said on Facebook. Earlier this month, Senior Chairman Takiyuddin Hassan announced that a special MT (Majlis Tertinggi) would be held after a PAS rally to discuss various issues, including the position of Bersatu within the coalition.

Bersatu ended its political cooperation with PN in June, following tensions that arose from efforts to remove a Perlis chief minister from PAS. The Melaka state government's term ends on December 31, and a state election must be held within 60 days. Pakatan Harapan (PH) and PN are both attempting to form a partnership with Barisan Nasional (BN), which currently holds 20 out of 28 DUN Melaka seats.

PH and BN are allies at the federal level, but their relationship has become strained since BN formed a coalition with PN in the elections of Negeri Sembilan, resulting in a two-thirds majority.
