Mitch McConnel to return to US Senate next week after health issues? What Republican leader's office revealed
Senator Mitch McConnell was hospitalised after a fall on June 14 and later underwent rehabilitation. As the Senate resumes, uncertainty surrounds his return after a three-month absence due to health issues.
Sen. Mitch McConnell has been discharged from a rehabilitation center, according to reports, and may be returning to the Senate soon. McConnell, the longest-serving Senate leader in history, had been away for nearly three months after falling and developing mild pneumonia.
