2027: ‘We are not going to vote Tinubu for second term’ — Northern protesters [VIDEO]

Northern protesters have publicly announced their decision not to vote for President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 presidential election. A spokesperson, who had traveled to join the protest from Kaduna, asserted, "We are here strongly to say we are not going to vote for Tinubu. Tinubu must go."

The spokesperson cited insecurity in various Northern states, including Zamfara and Sokoto, as a primary reason for the protesters' discontent. He emphasized, "Most of the people have been killed in Zamfara State, people killed in Sokoto State, people killed in many other states."

Furthermore, the spokesperson accused President Tinubu of neglecting affected areas, stating, "We have never ever seen Tinubu come for visiting." This, they alleged, is indicative of Tinubu's hostility towards the North.

In a particularly contentious claim, the spokesperson suggested that an aircraft had deliberately targeted a crowd in Zaria during Eid-el-Maulud celebrations. He alleged that this incident was a deliberate act against the North and further accused Tinubu of harboring animosity towards the region. He concluded, "We know that is purposely because of Tinubu hate Arewa and Tinubu must go."
