‘Rally 4 Her’ seeks support for women’s tennis, cancer care

In Islamabad, Pakistan's tennis community, corporate executives, development partners, and healthcare organizations convened for the Rally 4 Her C-Level Leadership Meet. The event aimed to rally collective support for cancer awareness, treatment, and the advancement of women's tennis in the country. Attendees included presidents, CEOs, senior executives, heads of marketing and communications, healthcare representatives, and development-sector leaders.

Aisamul Haq Qureshi, the President of the Pakistan Tennis Federation, introduced Rally 4 Her as a purpose-led campaign created by 37°North. The campaign utilizes the platform of international women's tennis to engage corporate and community support for cancer awareness and treatment, as well as the development of women's tennis in Pakistan.

Organizers revealed that 60% of the funds raised through the campaign will be allocated to cancer awareness and treatment, while 40% will be directed towards women's tennis development. Indus Hospital & Health Network and Pink Ribbon Pakistan joined Rally 4 Her as cause partners, bringing their expertise in healthcare, cancer awareness, and patient support.

Additionally, senior representatives from Unicef and the United Nations Information Centre (Unic) participated, highlighting the significance of partnerships in promoting women's opportunities, health awareness, and community strength. The Movenpick Hotel Islamabad served as the key partner and host of the C-Level gathering, providing a venue for leaders from various sectors to unite under the Rally 4 Her mission.
