The arrested, including Pratap Chhatria, Pramood Chhatria, Bishikeshan Jani from Odisha; and Prakash and Yogesh from Karnataka, were transporting around ₹19 lakh worth of ganja to various states.
The fifth accused, Teju, wife of Yogesh, remains at large. Both operations were conducted under the guidance of IGP-Railways B. Raja Kumari and Railway Police Superintendent Rahul Dev Singh.
