Within hours of Apple unveiling the iPhone Duo, a creative user has already recreated the mesmerizing open animation for the Galaxy Z Fold 8. This isn't an official feature, but rather a fan-made recreation shared on Reddit. The iPhone Duo, unveiled at Apple's event, is a foldable phone designed to compete with Samsung's current offerings.

Apple's new device aims to address the needs of users who prefer a passport-sized foldable for a balance between form and function. The animation that Apple showcased on the iPhone Duo is an instant hit, creating a blue effect that gives the impression of apps and home screen content floating in space as the phone unfolds. Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 8 supports a similar gesture, but users have to apply hinge extension values to frames of the animation manually.
