Nearly three decades after "You're Still the One" became Shania Twain's signature love song, the country-pop classic is undergoing a unique metamorphosis: a dance remix by Zedd, set within the interactive universe of Candy Crush. For Twain, this transformation is less about altering a classic and more about witnessing its continuous evolution.

The song, originally released on Twain's 1997 album Come On Over, spent 42 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned her two Grammys. Now, with Zedd's production and Candy Crush's fantastical Candy Country setting, Twain sees a new chapter for the timeless classic. "It's a great, new, exciting platform for the song, for my classic, and I'm flattered by it," Twain tells Billboard.

The remix, part of Candy Crush's Music Season 2026, retains Twain's original vocals, while Zedd adds a dance-oriented production. The accompanying interactive music video drops fans into Candy Country, a surreal Western-inspired world filled with hidden clues and rewards, including VIP tours with Twain or Zedd.
