Hands-on with the foldable iPhone Duo [Gallery]

Apple presented the eagerly awaited iPhone Duo today, marking its inaugural foldable iPhone. I had the opportunity to briefly interact with the device following its announcement and share my observations.

The iPhone Duo boasts a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR inner display and a 5.4-inch outer display. Its inner screen is equipped with a nano-texture matte finish that effectively minimizes crease visibility and reduces glare. During my hands-on experience, I encountered minimal evidence of a crease from various viewing angles.

The hinge design of the iPhone Duo is equally impressive. In person, the phone maintained the same visual appeal as depicted in the keynote video, exuding a futuristic and engineering marvel aura. The unique form factor promises a plethora of innovative use cases, catering to both productivity and consumption needs.

The software experience proved to be equally impressive. Notably, the gradual blur transition that occurs upon opening or closing the phone added a touch of sophistication. More insights on Apple's latest developments will be shared in the near future.
