The Squiz System achieves an average of 0.1 to 0.2 percent product remaining after dispense, with trials showing product waste per liner falling by up to 96 percent in thick cosmetic creams.
The core technology involves a controlled winding action, where the liner is wound from the top down during dispense, in synchronization with the plant's pump and a standard compressed-air connection. This mechanism moves product toward the dispense valve while the reinforced form-fit liner withstands the mechanical load. No operator intervention is needed during dispense, with automatic pressure cutoffs and an emergency stop built in.
Mobile and compact, the Squiz System is mounted on a stainless-steel frame with locking casters, allowing easy movement between production lines without fixed installation or electrical connection. Developed in Europe by Liquidpack S.L., the system is now exclusively available in North America through CDF.
