Uttar Pradesh: CM Yogi Adityanath's Yuva Udyami Scheme Helps Amethi Woman Build Self-Employment Venture

Lucknow and Amethi, September 9: The Uttar Pradesh government, under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has been running several self-employment programs to enable youth and women to become self-reliant. One such program, the Chief Minister Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan, has provided financial aid to women like Archana Tripathi to set up their own businesses. Archana, a resident of Ward No. 08 in Amethi district's Musafirkhana Nagar Panchayat, is a shining example of this scheme's impact.

Archana, who was once a homemaker, transformed her dream of becoming an entrepreneur into a reality after receiving a loan of Rs 2.12 lakh through the bank in January 2025, under the Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan. This financial assistance enabled her to open 'Archana Beauty Parlor'. She attributes her success to the confidence gained from the scheme, which turned her aspirations into a thriving business.

Today, Archana's beauty parlor not only supports her family of six but also contributes significantly to their financial well-being.

Earning between Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per month, Archana is now self-reliant, leading a financially independent life. Her vision is to expand the business further to provide more people with quality services. Archana firmly believes that with the right opportunities, guidance, and financial support, women can also become successful entrepreneurs.

She encourages other women to embrace self-employment and become economically independent. Archana's achievements under the Chief Minister Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan illustrate how this program is strengthening Uttar Pradesh by empowering women economically.
