Sen. Rick Scott touts Trump's accomplishments at GOP midterm convention

Senator John Fetterman, a Democrat from Pennsylvania, made an unexpected virtual appearance at the Republican midterm convention. Smith noted that Fetterman's approach embodied common sense and a willingness to see both sides. Torrison, who had previously opposed Fetterman's Senate candidacy, found him to be the "only sensible Democrat" on the Republican standpoint.
