Qatar strongly condemns renewed Iranian attacks against Jordan

The Islamic Republic of Iran has launched fresh attacks against Jordan, drawing a strong condemnation from the State of Qatar. Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs vehemently denounced the incursions as a clear breach of Jordan's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and international law. They emphasized that such actions exacerbate regional tensions and hinder diplomatic efforts to foster security and stability.

Qatar firmly placed legal responsibility for the attacks on Iran and expressed its unwavering solidarity with Jordan. They pledged their support for all measures Jordan undertakes to protect its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar urged an immediate and comprehensive halt to all military operations and attacks that endanger regional security and stability.

They called for a return to dialogue and negotiations, urging the cessation of actions that might further inflame the existing cycle of aggression, and a return to the diplomatic understandings previously reached.
