Penis enlargement tragedy: Nigerian influencer ‘Tiny’ Ubiribo ignored medical advice before fatal procedure – Clinic

A Thai cosmetic clinic is under scrutiny after the death of Nigerian influencer, Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo, who underwent a single-session penis enlargement procedure despite medical advice to spread the treatment over two stages. Thai authorities have launched an investigation into the clinic following the tragic incident that occurred less than 24 hours after Ubiribo received hyaluronic acid injections.

The influencer, based in London, passed away on March 6 following complications related to the cosmetic procedure. A post-mortem examination and toxicology report revealed that his death was connected to the hyaluronic acid injection and a pulmonary embolism. On September 7, Thailand's Ministry of Public Health announced an investigation into the clinic's practices and adherence to medical standards.

According to the clinic, Ubiribo had been a patient since 2024 and had undergone five penile enlargement procedures previously without any issues. The clinic claims that a doctor had advised Ubiribo to split the treatment into two sessions, but the influencer requested the injections be administered in a single session. Just hours after the March 5 procedure, Ubiribo experienced chest pains and collapsed.

He was rushed to a hospital for a CT scan but lost consciousness before the examination could be conducted. Medical personnel performed CPR for 101 minutes before declaring him dead early on March 6.
