JazzWorld Sets Out to Build Next Generation of AI Leaders as It Accelerates AI-Native Transformation

JazzWorld has welcomed 100 young professionals into its AI Associate Program 2026, marking a crucial step in its journey towards becoming an AI-native organization. The rigorous nationwide recruitment process ensured that the selected associates possessed the necessary skills and drive to excel in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Over the course of a year, these associates will apply AI to real-world business challenges, leveraging their expertise in fintech, cybersecurity, data science, software development, and digital platforms to help strengthen AI capability across JazzWorld.

Kaan Terzioğlu, Group CEO of VEON, emphasized the importance of combining technology with exceptional human talent, particularly in Pakistan's young population, which presents a significant opportunity. JazzWorld's CEO, Aamir Ibrahim, outlined the company's ambition to transition from AI-enabled to AI-first and ultimately to AI-native, where AI is seamlessly integrated into how the company works, competes, and builds.

This transformation, he explained, is as much about people as technology, and the AI Associate Program plays a pivotal role in developing leaders who can drive change across JazzWorld and help shape Pakistan's digital future.
