Giants say Malik Nabers fully participated in practice, but not sure if he’ll play against Cowboys

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — New York Giants star receiver Malik Nabers took part in full practice on Wednesday, but head coach John Harbaugh remains uncertain about the team’s No. 1 receiver’s availability for their season opener against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night.

"The 23-year-old is ready to go, man," Harbaugh stated. "We’ll see though. It’s still four days until we play. So, if he’s ready to go and he feels like he’s ready to go, then he’ll play. If he’s not and he’s not ready, then he won’t play. That’s how it works."

Harbaugh also noted the competitive advantage for the Giants in withholding information regarding Nabers' participation, preventing the Dallas Cowboys from gaining an edge by knowing his status ahead of time.
