Cityscape Qatar returns October 27–29 with over 400 live projects

Doha, Qatar - Cityscape Qatar, the premier property and investment showcase for the country, will return to the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC) from October 27th to 29th, 2026. The three-day event will feature over 400 live projects, providing homebuyers and investors with the chance to explore developments from Qatar and international markets side by side.

Alexander Heuff, Group Director of Cityscape, expressed optimism about the return of the event, stating that last year's success demonstrated the depth of interest in Qatar's property market, even as buyers and investors became more selective. For 2026, the focus is on translating that interest into action by offering real project data, direct access to the teams behind the developments, and a deeper understanding of the market through the 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum.

The event, themed 'Where Vision Meets Investment', aims to provide a more tailored experience for visitors. It will combine practical guidance, relevant project recommendations, and direct meetings with industry leaders to help attendees focus on opportunities that align with their goals. Success will be measured not just by attendance, but by the purchases, partnerships, and long-term investment decisions that originate from the event.

Cityscape Qatar and the 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum will bring together government leaders, developers, and investors for a shared conversation, connecting the projects on display with the broader forces shaping Qatar's property market. Following its successful 2025 edition, which saw 94% of visitors planning to return in 2026 and 98% rating the event as important to their business, the 2026 edition is expected to welcome 16,000 visitors, over 70 qualified developers, more than 100 industry leaders and speakers, and more than 200 government representatives and VIPs.
