Burlington business owner Mouhamad "Frank" Sabra, 64, has been charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident inside one of his vape shops. The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) disclosed that the victim, an adult female, was assaulted while alone in the store located at Vape on Plains II on Plains Rd. East. Police confirmed that Sabra, the owner of both Vape on Plains I and II, was arrested on September 8 and is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
