Apple Reveals iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max Battery Capacities

Apple has officially disclosed the battery capacities for its latest iPhone models, the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. These capacities, required for EU energy labels, have been revealed on Apple's product pages. The iPhone 18 Pro boasts a battery capacity of 4,056 mAh, marking a 1.7% increase from its predecessor, the iPhone 17 Pro, which featured a 3,988 mAh battery.

In contrast, the iPhone 18 Pro Max presents a more substantial upgrade with a 5,391 mAh battery, a notable 11.7% increase over the 4,823 mAh battery of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. This larger jump in battery size for the Pro Max model underscores Apple's focus on enhancing battery life for this particular device. It is worth noting that eSIM-only versions of the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max will be accessible in several countries, including Bahrain, Canada, Guam, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the U.S., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

However, these eSIM-only models will possess a SIM card tray in countries outside the aforementioned regions, such as the U.K. and other parts of Europe. The exact battery capacities for eSIM-only iPhone models remain undisclosed at this time.
