Doctor Strange: Endless Nightmare Preview - Experience the Lovecraftian Side of the Marvel Universe

Abrams ComicArts has launched the latest installment of its MarvelArts series, Doctor Strange: Endless Nightmare. This new graphic novel explores the realm of the Sorcerer Supreme as he confronts both well-known and lesser-known adversaries. IGN has been granted an exclusive preview of this thrilling, psychedelic tale, available in stores now.

The graphic novel is a collaborative effort between writer Kevin J. Anderson and artists Raúl Allén and Patricia Martín, the team that brought us Dune: The Official Graphic Novel. In this latest story, Stephen Strange encounters a peculiar patient at his hospital suffering from insomnia. As the world around him begins to experience the same issue, Strange embarks on a journey into the Nightmare Realm to save humanity from chaos.

Anderson expressed his excitement about introducing Doctor Strange to a dark and twisted Lovecraft-inspired story, stating, "The character of Doctor Strange has access to so many bizarre realms, I wanted to bring him into a dark and twisted Lovecraft-inspired story." Anderson also highlighted the inclusion of an important and popular villain from the Doctor Strange universe, as well as a previously unseen villain, created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko in 1964's Dr. Strange #122.

Doctor Strange: Endless Nightmare is now available in bookstores and can be ordered on Amazon.
