Cali’s Arena USC Named the Best Venue in Latin America for 2026

Cali’s Arena USC has been named the best theater and concert hall in Latin America for 2026 by iColor Radio's ranking. Located in Cali, Colombia, the venue boasts a capacity of over 2,200 spectators and features state-of-the-art facilities including professional sound and lighting systems, air conditioning, cinema-style seating, a restaurant, bar, outdoor areas, and dressing rooms.

The recognition places Cali at the forefront of the regional events industry, highlighting the rapid development of a venue that has only been operating for a few years since opening in December 2024. The international ranking considers factors such as architecture, acoustics, engineering, design, technology, comfort, accessibility, and operational conditions.

In 2026, Arena USC hosted notable events like Spanish tenor José Carreras' farewell tour, drawing over 1,500 spectators, and served as the site for Colombian President Abelardo de la Espriella's inauguration ceremony, attended by international dignitaries including King Felipe VI of Spain and Argentine President Javier Milei. The venue also demonstrated resilience following a 7.4-magnitude earthquake, remaining structurally sound.

This achievement marks a significant improvement from the 2025 ranking, where Cali's venue held the third place. The distinction not only boosts Cali's status as a destination for international shows and large-scale events but also underscores the venue's growth and accumulated experience since its early years of operation. With over 87 events hosted to date and more than 100,000 attendees, Arena USC continues to contribute to direct and indirect job creation and economic activity in the local community.
