Kim Min-seok "Promoting constitutional amendment... Power structure reform to the extent the people want"

Democratic Party leader Kim Min-seok stated that revising the constitution should reflect the people's demands and changes in society while following the current constitution's procedures. He emphasized the importance of including 5·18 and other significant events in the constitution. Kim also expressed his intention to strengthen alliances with progressive parties and engage in dialogue with moderate conservative groups.

He outlined his party's priorities, including passing the Mega Special Zone Special Law and promoting market reforms. Kim called for a more collaborative relationship between the government and businesses and proposed a more civil and cooperative attitude between parties in the National Assembly.
