Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim’s Elizabeth Holmes Doc ‘You Can See Everything’ Detonates the Oscar Race — and Has A24 Chasing a 90-Year Record

Nathan Fielder has unveiled his newest creation: a documentary chronicling the life of Elizabeth Holmes. Prior to any formal announcement, A24 unveiled the film, titled "You Can See Everything," at the Telluride Film Festival on Sunday. The teaser trailer and poster were also made available online. Fielder collaborated with Lance Oppenheim in co-directing the film, which A24's upcoming thriller, "Primetime," is also helmed by Oppenheim.

According to the official plot summary, the documentary captures "thirty-four days before [Holmes] is incarcerated, the prominent Silicon Valley entrepreneur Elizabeth Holmes welcomes a skeptical film crew to chronicle her every action. What starts as an intimate depiction of a mysterious wrongdoer evolves into a perplexing three-year expedition into the unknown."

Holmes, the pioneer of the health technology firm Theranos, was found guilty of defrauding investors who contributed nearly $1 billion in funding. She received a sentence of over eleven years in federal prison in 2022. "You Can See Everything" is scheduled to be released nationwide in October.
