IndiGo Jabalpur-Indore Flight Cancelled Due To Technical Fault, 45 Passengers Stranded At Airport

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): IndiGo's Jabalpur-Indore flight was unexpectedly cancelled on Monday, leaving 45 passengers stranded at Dumna Airport. The abrupt cancellation caused confusion and anger among the affected travellers. After the announcement, IndiGo officials promised to find alternative arrangements for the stranded passengers to reach Indore.

The flight, number 6E7315, had landed in Jabalpur from Hyderabad earlier that day and was set to fly onward to Indore with the 45 passengers. However, the aircraft was unable to take off due to a detected technical fault, leading to the flight's cancellation. At the Dumna Airport, passengers expressed their frustration as their travel plans were disrupted.

Many had important work commitments in Indore and were negatively impacted by the sudden change. Air India Express flight from Delhi to Indore faced a three-hour delay due to an issue with AC, and passengers complained about a lack of communication from airlines about such disruptions. IndiGo officials stated that they were working on finding alternate travel options for the affected passengers, with some accommodated on connecting flights and others choosing to reschedule or cancel their tickets.

The incident highlights the growing concerns among air travellers regarding operational and technical issues causing flight delays and cancellations.
