SIS drives creativity with UrbanStreetFashion Fiesta

The UrbanStreetFashion Fiesta, a creative platform for fashion, entertainment, and artistic expression, continues to attract attention after its triumphant third edition in Akoka, Lagos. Organized by SenamImage Signatures, a local media and photography company, the event serves to boost brand exposure, emphasize corporate social responsibility, and foster collaboration among various creative industries.

The 2026 edition was generously supported by Passion Fort Limited, Q4 International, SenamImage Signatures, and SDelbira Company, alongside partners Zuch Collections, Project Kici, and TI Model Agency. Media assistance was provided by Prime Time Africa and Temmyteemedia, while participating fashion brands included Hypno Clothing, Dr Suit Lagos, Jeks Clothing, and Layet Signatures.

Senami Ezekiel, the Creative Director of SenamImage Signatures, highlighted one of the significant advancements observed at this year's fiesta: an enhanced trade fair and exhibition experience. Ezekiel explained that compared to previous events, the 2026 edition provided a more well-organized and suitable trade fair space, enabling exhibitors to display their products effectively, interact with attendees, and promote their brands in a professional setting.

As the Project Manager of UrbanStreetFashion, Ayobami Adelawal emphasized that the initiative was established to offer young talents in the community access to opportunities they might otherwise lack. Adelawal stated that the platform currently collaborates with 13 emerging artists, one of whom is anticipated to be signed by YBNL, alongside numerous models and fashion brands that have benefited from the program.

She added that the fiesta also functions as a way for small and medium-sized enterprises to engage with the local community and reach potential customers. The organizers expressed their desire to forge stronger partnerships with additional fashion and creative brands, media organizations, and corporate entities as they strive to expand the initiative beyond its third edition.
