Jabez Woods’ 100-yard kickoff TD return fuels Montana State’s 51-24 victory over Butler

Bozeman, Montana witnessed Montana State University's dominant 51-24 triumph over Butler on Saturday night. The game showcased Montana State's remarkable performance, highlighted by Jabez Woods' incredible 100-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and a subsequent 35-yard touchdown catch.

The Bobcats, the top-ranked team in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25, capitalized on Butler's late first-quarter tie to secure an unanswerable 27 points. Woods bridged the gap with his miraculous kickoff return with just 11 seconds left in the quarter.

Adam Jones secured the halftime lead with his 1-yard touchdown run, and Justin Lamson followed up with another touchdown to extend the lead to 30-3. Lamson's impressive performance included completing 15 of 20 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns without an interception, while connecting with Taco Dowler on a 20-yard score in the third quarter.
