Hanuman Ansh box office collection day 30: Neem Karoli Baba film crosses Rs 100 crore mark

On day 31, the devotional drama Hanuman Ansh, directed by Vishal Chaturvedi, crossed the Rs 100 crore milestone at the Indian box office. Despite a modest budget of under Rs 2 crore, the film managed to reach this figure thanks to its slow but steady growth over 30 days at the domestic box office. On its final Saturday, day 30, the movie earned Rs 16.50 crore, adding to its total domestic collection of Rs 100.20 crore.

On its fifth Friday, day 29, Hanuman Ansh earned Rs 10 crore from 5055 screens, marking a 65% increase from the previous Friday. The film faced competition from Mirzapur: The Movie, an action crime thriller based on the popular Amazon Prime Video series, but it still managed to hold its own. Despite the holiday of Janmasthami on Friday, the film's collection on that day was slightly lower than its previous Thursday's earnings.

Hanuman Ansh, starring Shobhinaw Satyaa as Neem Karoli Baba, premiered in cinemas on August 7 and began earning Rs 10 lakh on its opening day. The film reached the Rs 1 crore mark within a day after 15 days at the box office and broke the Rs 10 crore barrier during its third week. Its trajectory changed significantly in its fourth week, earning Rs 61 crore, a 57 times increase from its first week.

With its international distribution rights now acquired, Hanuman Ansh is set to release worldwide on September 11, with a sequel possibility in the works.
