Evansville area and statewide high school football scores for Sept. 4

On September 4, various high schools in the Evansville area and statewide participated in football games. In the Evansville area, North Davies won against Eastern Greene with a score of 39-14. North Posey defeated North Knox with a score of 45-7, while Pike Central suffered a loss to Memorial, ending their game with a score of 0-48.

Central's score was 7 against North, which had a 22-7 win against Harrison. Reitz emerged victorious with a score of 56 against Jasper, who scored 21. Castle defeated Bosse with a score of 46-8, and Boonville had a 14-7 win against Southridge. Forest Park scored 18 against Washington, while Heritage Hills triumphed with a score of 63 against Princeton.

Tecumseh and South Spencer both scored 48 and 18 respectively. Vincennes Lincoln won with a score of 63 against West Vigo, and Perry Central ended their match with a 33-0 loss to Crawford County. Gibson Southern scored 59, Mount Vernon had a 19-0 loss to Perry Central, and Gibson Southern further defeated Mount Vernon with a score of 59-19. LaVille vs. Mater Dei was scheduled for Saturday, September 5.
