Bleamezado gets new community clinic through private support, MP donates GH¢20,000 for laboratory

Bleamezado's healthcare landscape has been improved with the opening of a new community clinic, made possible through private donations. Mama Ablavi Sotorli Dogbatse Kudolo, the generous benefactor, played a crucial role in establishing this facility. The clinic was equipped with medical equipment donated by Togbi Xornametor I and Mr Vincent Kwamitse Kaledzi, and was officially opened in a ceremony attended by residents of Bleamezado, both local and overseas, as well as dignitaries, elders, youth groups, and community stakeholders.

Dr Holy Alormatu chaired the event and was joined by the Anloga District Chief Executive, the District Director of Health Services, the Medical Superintendent of the Anloga Polyclinic, and their teams.

During the ceremony, Mama Ablavi Sotorli Dogbatse Kudolo and Togbi Xornametor I called for support to set up a laboratory at the clinic to enhance diagnostic services for the residents. In response, the Member of Parliament for the area showed his commitment to healthcare development by donating GH¢20,000 towards the laboratory project and presenting a motorcycle to improve the mobility of health workers, thus delivering better healthcare services to the community.

The MP expressed gratitude towards all those who contributed to bringing healthcare closer to the people of Bleamezado, praising Mama Ablavi Sotorli Dogbatse Kudolo and Togbi Xornametor I for their dedication to community development and prayed for God’s blessings upon everyone supporting the Anloga District's development agenda.

"Together, we shall continue to build a healthier, stronger, and more developed Anloga District," said the MP.

The opening of the clinic is expected to enhance access to basic healthcare services in Bleamezado, reducing the need for residents to travel long distances for medical care.
