Texas mom says 5-year-old left school unnoticed and was found two blocks away
A five-year-old student left Rufino Mendoza Elementary School unnoticed during school hours. A good Samaritan found the crying child several blocks away and returned him. The school initially claimed staff had retrieved the student before he left campus. The child's mother stated the school did not fully disclose the incident details. She is now seeking legal action and fears for her son's safety.
