Taylor Swift's $100 million real estate portfolio includes houses in Nashville, Rhode Island, and Beverly Hills

Billionaire Taylor Swift has amassed a real estate portfolio worth at least $100 million, as revealed by property records reviewed by Business Insider. She owns homes in several U.S. locations, including New York City, Rhode Island, and California. Swift's wealth has been bolstered by her record-breaking Eras Tour and the release of her album and film, The Life of a Showgirl, in 2025. Her net worth continued to grow with the 2026 release of The Life of a Showgirl, for which she wrote and performed an original song.

Swift's first significant property purchase was a 4,000-square-foot, three-bedroom penthouse in Nashville's The Adelicia in 2009, for $1.99 million. She also owned a one-bedroom unit below it at an undisclosed cost. The appraised value of this apartment surpassed $3.7 million by 2021.

In 2011, Swift acquired the Northumberland Estate in Forest Hills, Tennessee, a Greek Revival-style home built in 1934, for $2.5 million. Although multiple sources claim she owns this mansion, Business Insider was unable to verify ownership through 2024 property records. The estate, which belonged to US ambassador to Denmark Guilford Dudley Jr., spans 5 acres and has an appraised value of about $3.7 million.

Swift made a notable purchase in 2013 when she bought an 11,000-square-foot colonial-style mansion in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, for $17.75 million. The property, previously known as Holiday House and owned by composer Rebekah Harkness, features eight bedrooms, eight fireplaces, and a pool. Swift reportedly paid for the home in cash and has been known to host Fourth of July parties there. The mansion's value has since increased, with Zillow estimating it at nearly $35 million as of 2024.
