System of a Down Unveil Toxicity 25th Anniversary Reissue and Merch Capsule

System of A Down has unveiled a 25th anniversary edition reissue of their iconic album Toxicity, accompanied by a comprehensive merch capsule to mark the significant milestone. The collection boasts an array of items, encompassing vinyl and CD formats, shirts, skate decks, ashtrays, and more. The CD reissue of Toxicity boasts an updated cover design and a hidden track, formerly known within the fanbase as "Arto," now titled "Der Voghormia," an authentic Armenian hymn.

The vinyl reissue is presented on a special-colored disc complete with an additional 7" featuring the track "Johnny," previously available solely on scarce special editions of Toxicity. The merchandise line encompasses a diverse set of rare and distinctive items, including a reproduction of the album release party T-shirt once bestowed exclusively to attendees, which was subsequently banned by the police, "Chop Suey!"

Chinese takeout earrings, a compact mirror, and numerous novel T-shirt and hoodie designs. The album received high recognition, securing the 5th position on Consequence's list of the 50 Best Albums of 2001 and the 11th place on their 100 Best Sophomore Albums of All Time list.
