Palestinians say Israeli army kills two teenagers in West Bank

Israeli forces killed two West Bank teenagers on Wednesday night, the Palestinian health ministry reported. The victims were identified as Omar Mohammad Naji al-Nassan, aged 19, and Khalil Rasem Khalil Shahada, 16. The Palestinian health ministry stated that the young men were shot dead by the Israeli army in the village of Al-Mughayyir, located northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank.

According to Amin Abu Alia, head of the Al-Mughayyir village council, Israeli settlers attempted to steal sheep from two homes in the village. A confrontation ensued, leading the Israeli army to impose a siege on the village before carrying out a raid on its center. During the forces' activity, a violent riot broke out, with terrorists hurling cinder blocks and stones at the Israeli forces, who responded by firing at the instigators to eliminate the threat.
