Not everyone is destined to make it from BBNaija — Ex-housemate Tochi

Former Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemate, Tochi, has advised ex-housemates facing difficulties to ignore their celebrity status and focus on hustling, stating that not everyone is destined to make it directly from the reality show. In an X post on Friday, Tochi urged his former colleagues to prioritize work, business, and personal growth over the fame associated with the show.

"If you’re a Bbnaija Ex housemate and you’re going through a rough time, pack up all that I am a celebrity nonsense and lock it inside a box. Come out and hustle oh, if not you go cry pass new born baby oh," he said. Tochi mentioned that he no longer sees himself as a reality TV personality in 2024; instead, he considers himself a businessman.

He also advised his colleagues to surround themselves with supportive, motivating people rather than those who constantly remind them of their celebrity status. Tochi urged former housemates to be recognized for their work, character, and determination rather than solely being identified as ex-reality TV stars.
