Not everyone is destined to make it from BBNaija — Ex-housemate Tochi

Former Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemate, Tochi, has cautioned ex-housemates navigating tough times to disregard their celebrity status and concentrate on working, business, and personal development. In an X post, Tochi urged his former colleagues to set aside the reality show's fame and focus on hustling. "If you’re a Bbnaija Ex housemate and you’re going through a rough time, pack up all that I am a celebrity nonsense and lock it inside a box... come out and hustle oh, if not you go cry pass new born baby oh," he said.

Tochi now views himself as a businessman since 2024 and has forgotten his reality TV past. He encourages ex-housemates to stay positive and live their truth. To further support his colleagues, Tochi advises surrounding oneself with people who uplift, motivate, and encourage rather than those who constantly remind them of their celebrity status.

He urges former housemates to be recognized for their work, character, and determination rather than being solely identified as ex-reality TV stars. The advice comes in the wake of former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Daniel Olatunji, commonly known as Danboskid, who recently shared his struggles and plans to rebuild his life.
