AI infrastructure company Crusoe raises more than $3bn in funding

Crusoe, a cloud computing company specializing in AI infrastructure, has successfully raised over $3 billion in funding, boosting its valuation to an estimated $30 billion. In October 2025, the start-up had already reached a valuation of more than $10 billion following a $1.375 billion Series E funding round led by Valor Equity Partners and Mubadala Capital, with participation from notable investors like 137 Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Nvidia, Winklevoss Capital, and Founders Fund.

A recent Bloomberg report now confirms that Crusoe's latest investment has raised its total funding to approximately $3 billion, with Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners co-leading the round. Mubadala Capital, a sovereign wealth fund based in Abu Dhabi, also participated in the funding. Founded in 2018 and based in Denver, Colorado, Crusoe's mission is to integrate energy and intelligence by offering energy-first solutions for AI infrastructure.

The company designs AI-optimized data centers, supplies GPUs and AI technologies, and delivers an AI cloud platform. Crusoe recently secured a significant $13 billion contract to provide GPUs and AI infrastructure to quantitative trading firm Jane Street over a five-year period. In recent years, the company has expanded its global presence by establishing a European headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, creating 100 jobs in networking, site reliability engineering, customer success, and support roles over the next three years.
