Lucknow, September 3: The Yogi Government is committed to expediting the disposal of revenue cases while maintaining transparency. To achieve this goal, the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Council Board launched three digital portals on Thursday. The first portal, e-Filing, allows citizens to register revenue cases online, streamlining the process and making it easier to monitor case status.
The second portal, Online Transmission of Lower Court Record, enables the online transfer and tracking of lower court records, reducing delays and the risk of lost or delayed files. The third portal, the beta version of Section-34 Mutation Portal, facilitates the monitoring of mutation cases online, ensuring time-bound resolution and accountability for concerned officers.
Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has prioritized transparent case disposal under the state's revenue courts. The new portals will initially be available at the board level, eventually extending to divisional and district levels. Both manual and online registration of revenue cases will be available to prevent inconvenience.
Archana Agrawal, Chairperson of the Board, stated that the portals will operate alongside existing systems to ensure seamless service. The Section-34 Mutation Portal, currently launched in four districts, will be expanded to cover the entire state. These digital tools aim to expedite case disposal and enhance transparency in revenue court proceedings.
