Team simplification focuses on merging overlapping businesses, such as merging three Delivery Ops teams into single-threaded teams at the global, regional, and country levels.

The location strategy centers around concentrating teams in key hubs, with a shift towards co-location for earlier-career employees, and requiring most remote employees to move to an office.
