Om Ka Hari trailer: Raghubir Yadav predicts his death in film with Asha Bhosle’s final song

The trailer for the upcoming film Om Ka Hari is set to hit theaters on September 18, featuring an ensemble cast including Panchayat star Raghubir Yadav, Soni Razdan, and Anshuman Jha. The two-minute trailer opens with a happy family photo session at Anshuman Jha's wedding, but the mood quickly shifts when Raghubir Yadav's character, Harish Sharma, confronts his son Om (played by Anshuman Jha). Harish Sharma berates his son, telling him the price of ration when he starts earning just four paise, while his son confidently declares he will earn Rs 4 lakh per month, aiming to open a salon.

The film highlights the challenges faced by small-town residents and the strained relationship between the father and son as they navigate their differing aspirations.

As the story unfolds, Harish Sharma declares that he will be dying soon, even hanging a garland around his own photograph. The father-son duo embarks on a journey to Kashi, confronting years of resentment and engaging in uncomfortable conversations. The film culminates with a poignant note, as the duo realizes that even adults make mistakes.

Om Ka Hari will also feature Asha Bhosle's final song, "Ae Meri Zindagi, Tu Chhupi Hai Kahan," adding a touching emotional layer to the film. Directed by Harish Vyas, who previously directed Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain (2017), Om Ka Hari aims to bring a grounded, small-town story to the mainstream Hindi cinema, a shift that reflects the industry's gradual move towards smaller, more authentic films.
