Navarrete-Foster unification headlines stacked Oct. 24 card in San Antonio

Emanuel Navarrete and O Shaquie Foster will face off in a unification bout on October 24 at Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, putting all three major world titles at stake. WBO/IBF champion Navarrete and WBC champion Foster will be competing for the unified title. Top Rank President Todd duBoef emphasized the significance of the fight, stating that the winner will be hailed as the division's king.

Navarrete, who has built up to this moment after shocking Isaac Dogboe in December 2018 and winning world titles at featherweight and super featherweight, expressed his determination to defend his titles. Foster, coming off his best year of career, has previously defeated two-division champion Stephen Fulton and outlasted former featherweight titlist Raymond Ford.

The co-feature bout features Albert "Chop Chop" Gonzalez defending his NABF featherweight title against Edward Vazquez, who enters as a two-time world title challenger. Other fights on the card include Frank Martin's Top Rank debut against an opponent to be determined in the super lightweight division. All fights will stream live on DAZN beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Tickets go on sale on September 11.
