JustCo opens flexible workspace centre at Raffles City Tower Singapore

JustCo, a prominent flexible workspace provider in Singapore, has launched its 24th center in the City Hall precinct, named JustCo Raffles City Tower, at Raffles City Tower. This new 16,000 sq ft center spans two levels and can accommodate over 300 members. The expansion aligns with the growing demand for flexible workspaces in prime locations, as businesses shift towards hybrid work models prioritizing flexibility over long-term leases.

Kong Wan Long, JustCo's Chief Commercial Officer, noted that businesses are increasingly deliberate in choosing their team locations, seeking premium workspace with quality address, connectivity, and employee experience. The new center caters to this demand while reinforcing JustCo's presence in the downtown business district.

Situated within the Raffles City integrated development, the center benefits from Grade-A offices, retail, hospitality, and convention facilities. Ongoing enhancements include upgraded key touchpoints, improved wayfinding, and new end-of-trip facilities. The location offers expansive city views, ample natural light, a fully sheltered drop-off point, and concierge services, providing a professional setting for employees, clients, and visitors.

Notably, the center is positioned above City Hall MRT Interchange, serving the North-South and East-West Lines, with seamless connectivity to Esplanade MRT on the Circle Line. This focus on connectivity has become crucial for businesses evaluating return-to-office decisions.

Design elements draw inspiration from Raffles Institution, the site's former home, translating traditional classroom elements into a modern workplace. The concept emphasizes exchange, shared thinking, and development through natural materials, layered textures, and refined detailing. JustCo Raffles City Tower offers private offices, dedicated workspaces, and meeting areas, allowing businesses to scale their footprint as needs evolve.

JustCo Raffles City Tower joins the company's growing Singapore portfolio, which includes the THE COLLECTIVE Labrador Tower and upcoming centers at The Octagon by Boring Office and JustCo Place on Orchard Road.
