California Governor Gavin Newsom has listed his luxurious Fair Oaks estate for $7.5 million, just months before his second term as governor concludes. The sprawling 12,600-square-foot Spanish-style mansion, situated on an 8.2-acre property near the American River, boasts an array of amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, game room, and a vast 5,000-bottle wine cellar.

The property, originally purchased by Newsom for $3.7 million in 2018, would yield him approximately $3.8 million if sold at the asking price. Newsom and his family have resided at the Fair Oaks home since 2019, moving there from the historic Sacramento governor's mansion. The property's unique features and the timing of its listing have sparked speculation about Newsom's potential 2028 presidential run, as his current gubernatorial term ends in January 2027.
